Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. The orders which buyer will put on Charotar will be executed on all days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. We ship customer orders on Prepaid basis. We offer Razorpay payment gateway (100% Safe & Secure Payments) which can accept any Credit/Debit Card, including Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc., Bank Transfer, UPI, and PayTm, PhonePe and similar. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) orders.
3. Once an order is dispatched from our premises, tracking details are shared with the customer next day.
4. Delivery estimates are based on product availability and may vary depending on the destination and region.
5. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours through reliable express courier partners or India Post. Most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch. However, deliveries to remote or distant locations may take slightly longer, depending on the India Post/courier service and destination. Charotar is not responsible for delays caused by India Post or courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
